Humans are social creatures. We form communities everywhere we go because we thrive through interaction with others.

Healthy communities, be they families, workplaces, neighborhoods, or any other association, not only allow, but facilitate and promote interaction between their members. Employees of companies where social bonds are allowed to flourish are the most likely to give their best efforts to their employers.
